I just moved out of Richmond and I’m so sad to leave this particular Starbucks. must have gotten coffee here multiple times a week for over a year and I can’t recall a single mistake on an order. For the most part I like this particular Starbucks but this time around I had a young man take my order for a tea. It took 30 minutes to get my drink. I asked the first time after ten minutes and a young lady said it was busy it will come soon. So I waited the sat down ate my sandwich and tea still was not made.
