unexpectedly quiet at a Wednesday night, but the heavy rain all afternoon would stop most tourist. it didn't feel like a pizza night. our favourite beef carpaccio was on the menu. this plate was fantastic, about everything we in 5 countries local cheese...instead parmsan, freshest rockkete the best oil and sourded brot. to follow contrafileeto (sirloin bark) and ravioli only al dente with various delicious funghi on...
