"Very good restaurant, located in a pleasant and luxurious setting. The room is impeccable, well lit. We feel like home. The staff is qualified, attentive and knows their products. The plates are good, well presented, generous and the products have taste. The beers are successful even if the recipes are simple. A small complaint for the extra steak, I don't mind paying extra but it was very thin (2cm thick . Maybe detail them differently? I highly recommend, it's worth the detour. :"

"Ate lunch both days here while I was in Saumur … so good! Delicious and creative, with bursts of flavors not as common in France … the menu is definitely influenced by its Colombian roots with notes of citrus, coconut, coleslaw, and cumin/coriander/turmeric. The fish (hake) with coconut cream rice, and then fried chicken sandwich were both fantastic and beautifully presented. The staff (English, Spanish, French speaking hostess) are friendly and welcoming … helped me choose different local wines!"

"Then, lost village or left a troglodyte museum and a beautiful chapel, not much to do. but very disappointing! very pretty gite, the rooms appear on the internet really not high but once in, it is pretty clean and suitable the mattress is good, nothing except air conditioning. sleeping the door open next to the restaurant terrace is not the best so it is hot and heavy and no air circulating! I'm sure the boss is very smiling and warm, but now, ma'am, probably the boss. As a prison door, barely hello when you get to leave, it is the price that makes her open her mouth what is very contradictory with the slate outside or they pretend to speak a polite language. It's the only thing that would have made the difference in the face of the pateline! I recommend this place only if you don't have a choice! and as far as you are concerned, show your weak mind and your intellectual quotient close to harmful damage to be so unfit with such a beautiful frame and housing! fortunately that in your beautiful region they are not all like you!"
