Our whole experience was poor. Didn’t have a reserved table despite booking ahead. The food took longer to arrive than expected. The menfolk in our group ordered the steak pie which arrived cold. Sent these back to be warmed up and also asked for extra gravy. Upon return they were still not served hot and the gravy had a distinctive ashy smell and taste not sure what that was about.
