"This is one of the best restaurants in Ottawa! The food is authentic Balkan: the flavors are amazing! The service is incredible, the owners are always there to chat give good suggestions or simply just to welcome you warmly! They have just came up with the new dish, it is Cornbread Chicken Casserole (I am attaching a photo of it here)! It is hard to describe the quality of it!!!! I highlighted recommend this place!!"

"I've been wanting to try this place since it opened up, and today was MY day. My only regret is not trying it sooner.I was welcomed by a young lady at the cash who explained the menu, and pointed the most popular items. Decided to make it a True LunchBox and add a side, a drink and cookie doe. I had-Class Clown-Roast beef/crispy onions/old cheddar/arugula/creamy horse-radish sauceSweet Potato Fried chips served with Caribbean jerk mayoCookie Doe - Sharon. Lois, and Graham- Lime Cream Cheese Icing/Graham Crumbs/Shaved CoconutI had the choice of their homemade bun, wrap or gluten free. Of course i took the homemade bun. The food quality was FANTASTIC. The homemade bun was AMAZING, the beef in the sandwich was juicy and filled with flavors, and the horseradish sauce..well, YUMMMMM!!!!I spoke briefly with the young owner behind the counter, seems business is booming!! I believe this is another little gem Orleans was in DESPERATE need of, AND on St-Joseph to boot!!! Congrats, and keep up the wonderful work!! Bringing St-Joseph back to a wonderful little street one business at a time!!"

"The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans."

"I have to say that this is not the fanciest place I've ever been too, but the food is really good. The specials are great value for money. I'm surprised to see such a concept, a grocery store and a eat in restaurant at the same time.Nicely done.They have selections in their grocery store that I have a hard time finding in Toronto."
