Ok, this isn't a high end place, but it was 96˚ out and we were just looking for some shade and a spot to sit. Found this place on a street that was shady, and there was a outside table open. Sue Ellen from Brazil waited on us, with wonderful English. She is so up-beat and friendly, it made our day. We ordered a bottle of Herdade das Servas Colheita Seleccionada 2017 White Wine. The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and have something in nice weather.

For those who want to have a drink after work and sit with friends or alone, 20age Lounge from Évora is a good bar, Furthermore, the visitors are impressed by the tasty Portuguese dishes listed on the menu.

Horrible place takes forever. Was unable to stay for the meal it took so long. Tourist do not go here.

"This special restaurant hits all the right notes. Loved the size and decor. We were greeted warmly by Mercy, who provided excellent service throughout. The chef and sommelier are a husband and wife power duo, highly regarded within Portugal and internationally. They’ve earned their reputations. The scallops w puréed green peas was an extraordinary dish. The cheese plate was fantastic and the pear dish inventive and lovely. I have celiac disease and so appreciated the chef coming to the table and asking if I’d like some GF bread. It felt like Christmas morning! Very generous. A very, very special “first night in Portugal” meal. Highly recommend."
