"So much fun to be here, but do not believe them when they say it is accessible. this place is not suitable for wheelchairs or those who are struggling with the. Surfaces are uneven and paths are steep! we did the forest coasters that are so much fun for both adults and children. the klempner who was again fun, but much dreamed as it is described and finally the vibration that is again much fun. we are also in caffe and eating was really good. this is the perfect place to observe the sanitary and the high nets."

"We visited for our daughter's birthday lunch on New Year's eve. Only a short walk from the Ffestiniog steam railway station. We ate in the vault, for fun, and had it all to ourselves. The food was lovely and even though there were not many staff working due to the date, the food and drinks were served quickly. Highly recommended."

"Well it has to be said that the sign outside that boasts ‘COME IN AND TRY THE WORST AFTERNOON TEA ONE ANGRY MAN ON TRIP ADVISOR HAD IN HIS LIFE ‘ is right !!! it is absolutely the worst cream tea: large , dry,...mass produced scones , cheap jam and then aerosol cream !! Not even a decent dollop of lovely thick cream to help you digest the cardboard scone …. Save your money it really is dreadful .. rather than them boast and wear the poor rating as a ‘badge of honour ‘ , why don’t they do something about it and make some changes?? Listen to all your customers not only those that leave good reviews"

"Great dog friendly place! We arrived after giving them a ring about its being dog friendly. They said they were so it was a plus for us. There was first a bit of a confusion as they said they didn’t serve food today but we stayed for a drink anyway. Then the very kind bartender lady came over with menus, and we were able to order. Food arrived fast and it was a very big portion too. Delicious as well!! My boyfriend got a big pot of gravy with his dish and that was the best we’ve ever tasted!"
