The service was so slow, we ordered a hot chocolate and coffee only but waited 30 mins. I spotted our order on the side so offered to carry it to my table. I was told someone will bring it over immediately but still waited a further 10 mins. I thought this might be a one off so tried again, but this time I asked for takeout (same 2 drinks).
