"I feel as though we have been misled about the view here. The website indicated that “The rooms have views across the Loch, or the hillside behind us.” There is definitely a hillside behind our room, but it is behind a car park. We have...a second window that overlooks a wall and roof of part of the building. We booked 5 days here, immensely disappointed."

"Oh, what a shame! Such a super location. Though the service was friendly enough we suffered a starvation lunch with an inedible pizza for £13.50 saved only by sharing a bowl of great chips. We did complain and received an understanding and knowing smile but no refund given. Dirty tables and collapsed ceilings in the toilet not confidence inspiring. Expensive, too: £26 for pizza, chips, slaw, soft drink and half a pint somewhat steep. This could be a lovely place with just a little more care and probably some cash, too. Hope it makes it as we need services in these remote locations. Good luck!"
