"The receptionist in this hotel was attentive and friendly, although I could not find accommodation because everything was completely booked. the cappuccino and the resulting three hours that I spent until the finish were pleasant and I was impressed by their level of professionalism and the way they treated ten questions and inquiries. the restaurant and the pub were packed and the people stopped looking for a place that seems to be the place in portree."

"This is a comment for the hotel 's restaurant : AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Tasteless fish with bones, and uncooked frozen fries (anyone with a properly formed brain knows how to prepare a frozen dish). Most things aren 't actually cooked... Let 's not talk about the dismal service with a long wait for downright filthy dishes! If you care at all about your palate and your stomach, don 't go through the door. Service: 1"

"Right next to the Talisker distillery. I had the vegan Haggis pizza with vegan cheese and vegan Haggis. There was another vegan option on the menu, a chili dish. The dessert, dark chocolate brownie, was amazing! Beautiful atmosphere and great staff. Dog-friendly."

"Do not go to this establishment if your looking for a charming, elegant dining experience. The facility is extremely small and tables are packed tightly together, which means it is VERY loud and difficult to have conversation unless you are willing to yell. They are obviously under staffed as we sat there for almost 30 minutes before our wait person stopped by. Or food was okay, but nothing to rave over. The panko breaded scallops had marginal flavor and at £20 for 5 scallops with the mundane pairing of French fries was much too expensive. However, The sea bass special with mushroom risotto was good. Overall this was not a good dining experience, the food is way over priced and the atmosphere is more conducive to a cafeteria."
