Nous avons mis 10 minutes à attendre pour le restaurant, personne ne venant à notre rencontre, nous sommes passés par l'hôtel pour demander une table pour deux personnes, apparament on semblait déranger, le serveur est parti sans nous accompagner, dressage de la table sans avoir pris soin de la nettoyer, nous avons pas eu le choix de prendre celle ci. "We booked a table at 8 P.M. and we were only able to order Water and Wine after half an hour. Ok no problem we thought, since we got a little Appetizer which was awesome. After a while my entree came, my wife didnt ordner one since she was not that hungry.And then we had to wait or for another Hour until our Main plates where served. So my wife had to wait 90 minutes (09:30 P.M) in total to get something to eat. There were 4 tables which arrived after us and they all had their dishes before us.Normally we also eat a dessert and drink a coffee but it was simply too late.I ordered the bill and told the waitress about our negative experience and all she said was basically that they had a lot of tables!? Seriously? No excuse, no explanation, no nothing?To the owner of the restaurant: The location and the restaurant is great, the kitchen is top-tier BUT you really have to think about your service team. The gap between the service and the cuisine is the biggest I experienced yet. It simply shouldnt happen, especially not in this price category. And if it happens the service should handle the situation otherwise at leastOne of the few times in my life I didnt left a tip. The waitress told us they will make it better next time. Unfortunately there will be no next time for us..."
