If you love Kakigori（かき氷 , this is the place to go! Best one I know and I have tried a few! The only problem I am always facing is to choose between Strawberry milk 苺ミルク】and Apricot milk 杏子ミルク） View all feedback.

I've been to Umi Cafe for lunch and dinner. The food is simple but tasty...portion size could be bigger. Free Wi-Fi and some outlets to charge devices. The staff seem young and the service is spotty. On both visits they couldn't get their register to give me an accurate bill. I had to correct them twice. Hopefully they'll smooth out the rough edges. I support vegan restaurants whenever I can.
