First went based on a friend recommendation and was not disappointed. Super unique Thai Restaurant for Kansas City with new food and drink specials all the time. Every meal I've had was super flavorful and dynamic from the spicy duck fried rice to the mango/coconut milk dessert. We were really looking forward to a new Thai place in KC. Unfortunately, Aep did not meet our expectations. The server was not very helpful when asking for recommendations. Two of us ordered the Gai Gra Pow, and it was incredibly salty. Another diner ordered the Pork Kanom Jim which was quite bland. The portion size on that was also quite small for a entree.
