"A uplifting experience in a small town at the northern end of Gare Loch northwest of Glasgow. The street view of the Cafe is modest but once inside there was barely a seat left. We ordered brunch items which appear on many menus, i.e. one Harissa baked eggs and one poached eggs with Hollandaise on sourdough bread, with in house smoked salmon and avocado. The place is licensed for alcoholic beverages. It was truly one of the best in the Eggs Benedict category I have had, and the salmon fabulous. Their coffee is excellent, the service attentive and friendly, even with every seat in the house, and outside, taken. Top notch."

"Stopped here for a quick coffee before going for the ferry and had a nice wee chat with the guy that works there. The coffee was great and there were some interesting gifts and paintings by local artists on display."
