I have only attended once, however, I was extremely impressed by the fare and view. This restaurant has a very upscale vibe to it while being quaint and unique as well. They have tiered seating arrangements which is lovely and you can either watch the horseraces inside while dining or you may go outside to watch. I remember the days not so long ago when you could go to the Top of the Fair for a great Prime Rib Dinner. Since the food services have changed the food is a real disappointment. It is a fun night with friends to enjoy the races so that part is still good. If you enjoy watching horse racing, this is a good location. The pub grub was okay, the service was very good and the evening with friends was enjoyable.
