"Nice Friendly Mexican Find in Lynden, WA : We discovered this place while in Lynden a couple of months back and decided to try Mexican food is one of our great favorites, and they did not disappoint on most points. We have been back since as well what you can expect is a welcoming friendly service, the owner is the same and has a smile making you feel invited. Decor is classic Mexican restaurant and we found the main areas clean as well as bathrooms (big plus! . They have two sections, one general seating area and the other in the bar with a live music setup. Sit there if you want to avoid loud kids. Food was well prepared and felt like more home cooking than some other places where it can be a little boilerplate. We didnt have to wait long either. We did find the flavors a bit on the bland side however, so plan on using salt/pepper and hot sauce. Otherwise a very nice Mexican restaurant in Lynden."

"Their soft ice cream is great not a big fan of the hard ice cream. Their customer service needs improvement. I take my daughter once in a while to get ice cream and every time I go in they don't even greet us or are whatsoever friendly. It really bugs me that all those young employees in their are not friendly or even look happy to serve my colored family."

"One of my favorite restaurants in town. Owner and his wife are incredibly nice and for some reason remember me and my wife by voice, knowing exactly what we are planning to order.Food is almost always top notch with nice meaty broth. We have only experienced maybe 3 or 4 off days over 5 years where the broth has been less flavorful. Prices have moved over the 5 years, but never in huge ways, assuming we just get two bowls of pho our bill never goes over 30 till tip.Unfortunately the staff is usually just the owner, his wife and one other family member in the back doing prep work, so dishes can pile up when dinner rolls around (only time we come), but with how popular and busy it can get it is forgivable with their staffing."
