I am Filipino so I know my country's food. Although there are slight differences in how a dish is made from city to city, they generally stayed true to the core of every dish. The airconditioning in the restaurant was freezing. I asked if they could turn a heater on and the male staff member said the centre management control it. We were not offered another table. I left my big jacket on but was cold and uncomfortable the whole time. This is my second time at this restaurant and I don't remember it being that cold last time.
