Went to get a pie the man just grabbed the pies with his bare hands, no tongs! Imagine how unhygienic they are behind the scenes, if they don’t even bother to use tongs in front of customers. Purchase cancelled so I didn’t eat their dirty pies read more.

Cute older style takeaway shop with a bit of a cult following... the facade and decor don't even hint at how amazing the burgers are.. food deserves 5 stars but...

"Great impressions from when I first walked in the door . A really cozy feel and a lovely warm welcome . Was shown to my table and was a little bit worried about the menu as I hadn't really eating this type of food before , I listened to our extremely friendly waitress and went for the red lentil dish as a main and we shared the soup the samosas for entree . Every meal was stunning so full of flavour and was enjoyed immensely. Amazing value for money with a bottle of wine , entree and main for under a 100 dollars . So amazing value ,Stunning food and really friendly knowledgeable service . I will defiantly be returning !!"

"We turned up at 8pm no booking on an extremely busy Friday evening . No problem they found a spot for us. The food was AMAZING!!! We had a set menu tapas the San Sebastián . Huge portions, beautifully presented, incredibly fresh produce all served by friendly, staff. We also tried the beer from Peru outstanding. This is the standout gem in the Newcastle food scene.
