Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe - Niagara Falls

I stayed at this hotel for a special anniversary celebration. The room, with a beautiful premium falls view, was clean and satisfactory. However, the experience was marred by issues with the elevators. Out of the four elevators in the high-rise building, two were out of service and the remaining two had a limited four person capacity. After waiting nearly an hour, we were forced to walk down 26 flights of stairs with all our belongings. Upon reaching the bottom, we found all interior entrances to the hotel locked, requiring us to walk around the outer perimeter for another 10 minutes to reach the main entrance. The staff member we encountered was unhelpful and indifferent. The overpriced accommodations were not worth the inconvenience we experienced with the elevators. There was no compensation given for the trouble, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. Thankfully, there was no emergency such as a fire during our stay.

I had a wonderful two-night stay! The room service was very fast in the morning, the room was clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food court features an Italian restaurant called Vittorio’s, which has a separate section. I highly recommend trying the meatball sandwich! The casino offers a variety of options, although I didn't win on the machines, I had a great time playing. I will definitely be visiting again.

I visited this restaurant over a weekend in August and found their Covid protocols to be very efficient. Although I missed the buffet, I appreciated how organized the deli move into that space was. The seating area around the bar in the center with chairs and couches was really nice. The staff were engaged, working with positive attitudes and smiles, which was a pleasant surprise compared to my pre-Covid experiences. However, there were some interactions with other patrons that were not as positive. One lady on the elevator from the parking was near hysterics when another couple tried to join them. She even yelled at her husband/friend to use hand sanitizer as he had touched the elevator controls. It's understandable that there is still anxiety surrounding the pandemic, but if you can't handle being around others yet, it may be best to avoid going out for now. Despite these incidents, my overall experience was great and I look forward to visiting again in the fall.

Just like cinnabon! the hotel is located in the casino! not accessible from a street location!
