Stopped in for an ice cream cone, single scoop $2.50 Usually there is a little bit of ice cream on the outside of the scoop which is considered part of the scoop of ice cream. Here, the woman was so miserly she scraped the small scoop with the ice cream in it up the side of the container 2-3 times so what was left was exactly one very small rounded scoop of ice cream...pitiful!
