What James wilson doesn't like about Gills:
Had to wait well over an hour for a missing item to be delivered. I was told a refund was not possible at all despite a missing item that 's illegal. Thick raw batter on fish; soggy batter on fish bite and sausage (the menu says special crispy batter , this is wrong); food was not hot.
