"The Otaru Beer brewery house is a great spot to end your day exploring the town. We went here on a rainy autumn day at around 4.30/5pm and it was really easy to find a table, but when we left around 6pm there was a line so it does get busy here. For us it was the perfect spot to warm up, drink some great German style beers and have some dinner. The beers were really good! We tried all 3 of the standard, main beers they offer (pilsner, dark and wheat beers) and all were equally good. The food was good too, although portion sizes are on the smaller side I would say so maybe stick to the proper mains if you're hungry. There is even a little gift shop to buy some Otaru beer themed gifts if you like. All in all would recommend coming here if you're visiting Otaru."

"We ordered a cafe au lait (latte) $650 yen per cup and it was extremely hot (70 degrees). Usually you don’t serve latte this hot and you can tell from the photo that they can’t froth milk in order to make a proper latte. And of course they burnt the coffee. Also if you don’t order one dish or cup per person, they won’t serve you water and potentially ask you to leave the store. Would not recommend if you order milk coffee."

"Had a great time with some family friends at Christmas last year. Amazing food and the private room upstairs was great for drinking, snacks and entertainment. Besides, it's close to all the good places in town, so next morning we went to Sushi. A fucking good place!"
