What User likes about Asia River:
Great place. Unfortunately, it just closed. Lease not extended. I really hope it reopens soon. Food was excellent for the most part. The usual Canadian/chinese food was OK but the best was on the home made chinese menu. Soup dumplings, pickled vegetables, deep fried egg. read more.

What User doesn't like about Asia River:
The spare ribs were very fatty. The Thai fried rice was supposed to have basil and pineapples: it barely had any basil and no pineapples at all. The beef and chicken in all the other dishes (lemon grass chicken, basil beef and chicken chop suey) was of very poor quality although the dishes themselves were quite tasty and the vegetables were crunchy.
