"We arrived in Picton after a 7 hour drive and a bit tired so not much time to select the place to eat. Saw this well maintained place from the outside on one of the main streets. Service not so friendly, food so so, and a bill of 85$ for 2 adult and 3 children with water to drink, no dessert. Just not worth it!"

"Popular for a reason. Can't beat the patio steps from the beach. Aesthetics, art and design matter here and it's not just hipster stuff. There is an interesting point of view. Food excellent as expected. If you don't want to pay through the nose just go for a drink and appetizer at off peak times and explore the waterfront and hotel lobby area."

"Their souvlaki's are the greatest. Service and price were the best! We didn't have to wait to get a seat and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. I since we moved to this area we have visited this restaurant a number of times and always experienced an excellent dining and lunch service."

"Midtown brewing in wellington must be the worst show I've ever seen. not only do they lack any kind of thought or imagination in their beer creation, I waited 10 minutes only to order, only to never let it appear after almost 20 minutes waiting, and I understand the idea that locals can be underoccupied. that was not the case. the commands were taken well and delivered after I finally put mine in. that's a joint where I'll never take part again.
