"I wish I could give half a star. this place is the worst place ever. I'll never buy food here again. I bought food for my family and the orange chicken was so dry with barly any sauce. Rice was not completely cooked. Noodles were cooked. I called customer service about the problem. and they take them to fix the problem forever. they ask for the order number and photos and we have sent several times and they continue to send emails asking for the same thing, and our problem has not been resolved yet. It's so fussy."

"Super disappointing, I used to LOVE firehouse... But now I don't know why I continue to give this place more chances, it always comes out wrong. I asked for no onions and no peppers. First attempt, the sandwich had both, they said they'd remake it. They did and it had onions on it, again. Then to add just a little something extra, the included a few black hairs in my sandwich. So that was great. You've fooled me for the last time Firehouse."
