"Dining at Muse was an impressive experience, right from the beginning being welcomed inside. The atmosphere, stunning architecture with high ceilings and expansive windows, the excellent and attentive staff who exuded a genuine joy for their job, and of course, the stunning food. Fresh and subtle flavours with Japanese influences, a variety of textures and gorgeous complimentary wines recommend by the sommelier. I had the silken tofu, zucchini risotto and famous muse coconut, while my partner had the cured kangaroo, slow-cooked wagyu and toasted cheddar cream brioche. We felt completely taken care of and had every need attended to. The delicious complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary was such a nice touch. We left completely satisfied and stuffed! It would be a joy to return one day soon. Thank you."

"A group of 5 of us went for lunch today celebrating almost 29 years since we first met and so happy that we chose Twine. From the greeting at the door to the cheery see you next time on leaving. The staff were helpful and...patient (some of us were talking too much). We each ordered different drinks and different meals all were placed before the right person. Yea. Firstly I have to say on behalf of my friends we love your chips Hot and so so crispy and the added flavours win win win. (even when cooling so crispy) The beef rib with bbq sauce was mine, I did not offer to share a bite and did not leave any sauce on the plate. Other dishes we tried were the chicken breast, the stuffed capsicum, prawn ravioli, and gin cured ocean trout. All were oohed and aahed looked at and discussed and plates emptied. Nibbles, mains, wines coffees $50pp definitely a deal of the day. A big thank you to the chef who was on his own (sick wife at home) for making our lunch something special."
