"By far, the best coffee on the island and perhaps in western Canada! I’ve been a coffee connoisseur for many years, invested in equipment, time and training and seek only the best roasts to suite my taste. FP has surpassed my expectations of finding good coffee in the island. I love the Winter Wonderland blend, Ethiopia Kilenso and the Home Blend. All outstanding. "I am not a Sushi (raw fish) eater but had to meet with a client and she suggested Sam's Sushi. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection on the menu of soups, tempura veg's etc that I would definitely go back."

"We had our first visit to Trees on Saturday for lunch. Wow! I'm impressed! The menu had so many great choices I couldn't decide what to order; and I'm a very fussy eater. In the end we both chose the halibut and chips and they were excellent!! So fresh and tasty. The food is fantastic. We took a couple of desserts home from the huge array on display. They were delicious! We will be back!!"

"Excellent sushi! We loved the tempura prawns and yams and monkey brain too. No pictures of those. We ate them as our appetizers. Serving sizes are good and the prices are fair. We recommend this place for the food and friendly staff Drinks not included with the meal! This was our Anniversary meal."
