"Stayed for 2 nights recently, warm welcome, proper hearty food and a great range of beers and spirits. Treats for the dog. Roaring fires in a very welcoming bar, staff excellent and friendly. Pub nicely situated as a base for exploring the expansive countryside, loads of walkers and cyclists. Place just needs a lick of paint here and there but apart from that it’s a proper pub. Recommended! Rooms: 5"

"Only from the absolutely best night away to house for our 3rd high season in yorebridge house. we were in the mood and it was just perfect! a peaceful break from 3 children's beautiful environment and a short drive to the main restaurant where we enjoyed what we can only describe as the best we ever had! the personal was from this world and so courteous and friendly they recommend this fabulous hotel and if they can stay in the mood anyway!"
