What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I wanted to share my extremely disappointing experience, but it seems like all the reviews here are similar. The service was terrible, from start to finish with rude management. It's obvious that customer service is not important at this restaurant. For those looking for delicious pizza and great service, I suggest going to Cabreras on Midlothian. We waited for more than an hour for our pizza delivery, causing my hungry two-year-old to have a meltdown. I was frustrated when the delivery driver, who was only two minutes away, suddenly turned and went in the opposite direction to deliver other pizzas. When I called the restaurant, the woman I spoke to told me there was nothing they could do. Save your money and avoid this place, it is truly terrible. View all feedback.
