What User doesn't like about Richard The Third:
We stayed in Middleham for a family Easter break and visited the Richard iii pub for dinner on the first evening. It 's a traditional pub, no frills and caters for local workers and walkers really. The prices aren 't cheap (steak pie chips £15) and we expected good quality pub grub, unfortunately the food was a real let down. This is a nice cozy pub with a menu of traditional pub-fayre. husband had ham, egg and chips, I had masham sausages with chewing gum, gravy and heap. the sausages were nice and the food was nice and hot. Recently when we sat in the opposite, we sat outside and had a coffee, the coffee was very good. toilets are upstairs. lots of parking spaces on the square and around the village.

Great pub, tuned to the eating beer. buried by one or three
Friendly pub with a great atmosphere! Food was lovely and our little pooch was very welcome.
Excellent food drink we would definitely recomend to others and return ourselves. Staff and service was great and atmosphere was lovely.
