I'm shocked reading above negative reviews as have just had a very pleasant Sundat Brunch with a friend. The menu had quite a lot to chose from and everything was served all day. I would not normally post a poor report, but having met friends for afternoon tea at This Tea Room they were staying in the hotel) I have to say that the staff and the service were shocking.The waiter was rude and stood tapping his pen on his pen whilst waiting for my friends small grandson to decide what he would like to drink.Then he 'forgot ' to bring the drink over.We were interrupted every time we tried to order... read more.
