Visited at least twice on holiday but was sorry. Orders were forgotten and took ages to arrive, it was an hour before food arrived, mainly due to delays ordering, much too long when you have small children. There seemed to be lots of staff so but they didn't look happy to me. The staff did not seem to be trained and manager was rude to staff.
