"I never leave reviews but this was awful. We got the egg drop soup, fried rice, and orange chicken. The egg drop soup was like scrambled eggs in a thin broth. The fried rice had no flavor. The orange chicken didn't taste like orange chicken at all and for the cost was such a small amount."

"Do yourself a favor and come here for dinner to celebrate something. Anything. Not only do they have incredible food and friendly staff, they have pint sized craft cocktails for $16 and organize restaurant-wide singing during dinner. There's also a magician who may come by if you're waiting a while for your pork chop or bread pudding (well worth the wait). From the food, to the service, to the drinks, to the singing, this place cheered me up. I honestly love this place so much and cannot wait to come back!"

"We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday here. Both the service and the food left nothing else to be desired. Our experience was absolutely incredible, starting with the owners setting up a special table with rose petals and a personalized card, all the way to our server, David, who ensured that we felt as special as can be. And the food…the chef outdid himself!!! We had the scallops trio, the pork belly, and the crab cakes appetizers; for mains we had the duck, the wagyu steak, and wines to pair with each. This is one place we’d definitely return to for the food. But the service is what truly made this a memorable night! Thank you, Bouchon team!"

"Last time I came here a female waitress who seems like she might be bipolar or schizophrenic was working there at the time. THE WAITRESS has reddish brown hair with bangs. I saw her snatch the menu from a woman/customer. We overheard this waitress tell the customer “i don’t want to serve you” only because the customer politely said they wanted to taste a different wine. When the manager came over to the customer he said sorry, she does this often. There 's something weird going on with management here. I hope this woman is gone because my family and I haven’t even been back since and we hope that female customer got a free meal."

"For me, it is one of the best places in SB to eat sushi, the location is great because you get the State St Vibe and get great food. If you plan to have dinner, I would recommend a reservation because it can sometimes be crowded. I loved the pan meerrot scallops, the ahi and asparagus role. If you like nigiris you should definitely try the yuzu pepper tai, the seered hamachi, the serrano kampachi and the grilled Shiiitake. Overall, I would recommend going here."

"Good sushi for the price. We got a combo meal and it came with soup, salad, and mochi at the end of the meal. Service was good and adjusted to take out containers while eating in considering the pandemic. I had no problem with it and it made clean up easier on the staff."
