Busy at lunch but we got a table and the service was good. Lunch was good but the seeded roll that was served warm with the soup was amazing we ordered more! Also ordered some bars to go one was amazing and the other was a little dry. Their breads all looked delicious and the baked goods could be yummy treats. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dalgetty's Tearoom In Melrose:
Went in. Sign says Please wait to be seated . We wait. Waiter looks at me like I 'm an idiot waiting there. Told bruquely to sit down. Order cream teas. No cream teas. At 3.00 pm. Order drinks. Zero service etiquette and leave without a word from the staff. Unbelievably expensive and lousy attitude from the staff. View all feedback.
Best bakers in the Borders. Their coconut cookies are the best ever and their apple pie is out of this world. This bakers is worth a visit.
This bakery has a good selection of cakes, bread and pies. The prices are reasonable. There is good compliance with Covid restrictions. The sausage rolls, cheese scone and custard slice were particularly tasty!
Called in here for a Selkirk Bannock and ended up buying a selection of treats! Worth a detour to visit this shop when in town! Great selection all very well presented.
Great bakers shop with lots to choose from , all fresh tasting and the takeaway coffee was lovely too. A good place to visit for lunch if your in Melrose.
Good selection of sweet treats and baked goods. The best place for sausage rolls and pies in the central Borders always yummy.
