What Paris Crooks likes about Hap Chan:
decent eating, good price and I can see that they try to serve the food as quickly as possible, I would advise them to clean their place often. there were small cockroaches in the dining room chairs that crawl along the edges or the floor. it's not a beautiful sight. hakaw and her pancite are my favorite. the location tho mejo tago and the place itself mejo maliit. but the service and eating is good
