Yutsil Café is a very nice café, where Italian food meets Mayan food. I had the Mayan pasta, which was very good. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is also very good, on the Calzada De Los Frailes, a lovely restored colonial street where you can walk without being disturbed by the cars at certain times and have interesting (but touristy and expensive) galleries, shops and restaurants.
