"We have miami fusion cafe. the only care we had was when we first arrived, a table was not set up for our reservation. but they quickly moved to make it for us. everyone was super friendly and we were often checked."

"My wife and I love this hidden gem! By hidden, I mean you really have to know where it is to find it but it sure is worth it. The beer selection is dynamic and thorough. The menu is comprehensive but we come for the burgers and fried pickles. Now, let 's not forget the fried pickles. I have had many fried pickles from around Alabama and these are by far the best! A very tasty and crunchy corn meal batter but they don 't sacrifice batter for the pickle taste. The ratio is perfect. And, the awesome white dipping sauce is killer! My favorite burger is the Jamn Gouda Burger. It is on a super soft and well-grilled/toasted bun. The meat is charred just enough on the outside edge and juicy in the middle for my medium well taste. This patty must be handmade. The shredded gouda was sprinkled on along with all the regular fixings. The bacon jam is what makes this unique burger stand out. The bacon pieces are thick and the jam is flavorful. I chose tots over the shoestring fries. An overall great experience. My only critique is for our server. She said she was new and she did a good job. However, if you don 't know about something (we asked about a specific beer my wife likes) please ask someone who may know a bit more. She just said 'I don 't know because I am new and learning '. Other than that, all of our food was out to us promptly and the refills were plentiful. I highly recommend The Ridge!"

"I had King Pao Chicken and an egg roll all delicious! I wish the ducks came with egg roll or soup like in restaurants I visited in the past, but I don't think it's against them. Fantastic Chinese food and this will definitely take my way to Chinese in Bham!"

"Historically we had a good experience, but tonight was different. My wife stopped ordering a pizza. Unfortunately, the staff was not helpful and quite frankly only rude. When was it unacceptable to ask how much your pizza costs while you place your order? I don't know if they've changed management/ownership, but we're done tonight."

"We went there for her cancer offer of 15.99 for 3 pounds and we were NOT disappointed. The cancers were amazing and fresh. The spices were amazing. We also ordered a filled grouper and it was amazing, so delicate and tasty. The crab legs were fantastic, extremely fresh and amazing with the butter sauce. Your cooked shrimps were too special when you immerse it in these butters. Our server was very tender and sweet. Smiling all the time and giving us everything we need and more. Very recommended."

"Best Greek food I've had in a long time, service and atmosphere are great and very relaxing. Our waiter was super knowledgeable on the menu and very professional. We ordered the grape leaves for appetizer, steak and seafood kabob entrees, all were excellent. I highly recommend! Should I get the cheese cake for dessert...??? Hmmmm"
