The Mix Cafe - Waco

The beautiful woman I had eaten there was very happy with her Stuffed Avocado/ Salmon Basket, as I was with the Dr. Pepper Brisket TX Toast Sandwich. They serve fries that looked delicious, but did not know when the order got chips and was full without pommes. Will return, great staff, clean fast.

The place was pretty busy there was rush during the start and still my order was 100% right and it was hot and fresh and I didn't even wait so long. I was super impressed by how they treated all the stress of the lunch brush. Alexis was a nice cashier who told me honestly about her favorites. Jonathan made sure we had everything on our table and that our orders were right! Absolutely incredible customer service. The place was clean and the food was incredible. Hands down THE BEST WEIGHT POTATO FRIES I have everything!! I will definitely come back soon for more pommes! The grilled chicken pesto was also super delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a small local café with great food and service!

Great food and great customer service! Due to autoimmune disease, it is a challenge to find restaurant foods that are on my limited diet. The mix had healthy options for me and it tasted soooo good! The staff went beyond and beyond to meet my needs and did it with a smile! I had the Californian girl Burrito on maize tortillas with one side of fruit-delicious! I highly recommend and we will make this a new favorite in Waco.

Cute, little, place with big sandwiches! Piled High Ribeye melts in your mouth and sweet potato fries to point. Ranch could be better (guest is bottle of hidden valley), but this is a simple fixed childdos also enjoyed their fries and cakes.

This is one of the most overlooked, well done restaurants in Waco. It doesn’t have a nice interior, but it’s comfy, and the food more than makes up for it. So the prices are a bit high, but everything on the menu is worth trying. You will always find something you like, and even things that may not look good end up tasting wonderful.
