"Went for breakfast on Tuesday 17th May, had the small breakfast, it was delicious the bacon was really thick and very tasty as were the sausages. The egg was lovely and runny. The granary bread was very fresh. All in all a very pleasant experience, will definitely be going back before the end of our holiday."

"Visit here now and again. Nice little cafe/coffee shop restaurant with outside area and veranda for diner's when weather permits. Overlooking blue Anchor Bay with the steam railway behind, it is a lovely place to visit, esp in warmer months. They serve everything from sandwiches to kids burgers to fish and chips."

"Good selection of choices for lunch. Two vegan options, rest veggie. Friendly advice and assurances that spreads and dressings would all be vegan. Really generous portions. Ordered carrot sweet potato soup plus bread, followed by veg pie and a curry. We had a lovely cake as a takeaway!"

"Stayed here on their Sunday Sleepover deal. The food was fantastic, room spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the service was first class. A short stay did not allow us to enjoy all the great facilities of the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again for a short break at any time of the year"

"A cosy casual restaurant serving roast dinner on a Sunday. Vegetables are served in a separate dish so you can pick what you like. The dessert menu looked pretty good and I did see some come out of the kitchen however I was full from the main! Serves me right for having a big breakfast earlier in the day!
