Food is disgraceful, staff is completely untrained and unfriendly, actually they don't treat customers with any respect ! What I hated the most is that I've seen someone from kitchen helping at the counter and going back to kitchen without washing his hands and not wearing apron. I have eaten on Saturday and must say that it is the most beautiful thing I have eaten for years. I don't know about the departure side, but eating and the staff were nice to us on a 40th birthday meal. everyone enjoyed it and the half of the party were Chinese, and they also enjoyed it. I live in midlands, but every time I visit, I come back here. Thank you. View all feedback.
