"During my holiday in Switzerland I happened to eat at Bella Vita Frohsinn, and I must say that I really enjoyed it, I didn 't expect to eat such good Italian cuisine in Switzerland, I was really impressed. I tasted spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli which was delicious, a simple dish but not everyone knows how to make it so good, and I also had a second course and the panna cotta, I must say everything was good. A compliment to the chef. The next day I wanted to test them by taking the pizza, and I must say that not even in certain parts of Italy they make it as good as they do there. They call it spider web pizza, I call it tart pizza , and a double pizza dough on top of each other and inside there is pumpkin cream and on top of mozzarella fior di latte and speck. Very satisfied. Well done to the pizza chef too. The waitress was good, kind and friendly, very approachable. A nice environment. I recommend going to see these guys because they are really smart. Thanks and see you at Bella Vita Frohsinn. Thank you for your hospitality see you soon "

"I'm Italian and since I live in Zürich this is the best place to feel me home. Pizza is simply great, they have a lot of choice and every time I spend 10 minutes deciding which one order. Also desserts are delicious, both homemade tiramisù and ice cream. As the Italian manner impose, Limoncello at the end never miss. Giovanni and Rosa are always smiling and ready to help you.A suggestion, it's better reserve a table, it's always full especially during the weekend."

"We have only one word to describe this place: AMAZING. The location is very cozy and typical, easy to reach by bus 61, even if it is surrounded by fields and factories (classical floating landscape). Outside was very cold, but the interior of the “Waidhof” was very warm and felt like at home. Waiters are very friendly and polite and offer excellent service. We tasted classic carvings and sausages with a good beer. The quality of food is huge and the portions! We will definitely go back to the Cordon-Bleu (which comes in different sizes: small lady, lady, man, big man). The price is very good considering the quantity and quality of food and service. (about 40-45 CHF for a main dish beer). The best Swiss restaurant in Zurich that we have tried so far!"

"We rang ahead to check it was open and were told the kitchen was going to close soon. We managed to get there in time and order our food even managed to have a look at the beautiful decor. We sat outside and were...one of two couples there the outside area is incredible and in the incense burner added to the overall vibe. The food was amazing and well presented. Even though the kitchen was closing up they waited and asked if we wanted dessert as well. A good evening and worth every penny spent."
