"Had crispy fish, steamed barramundi and vegan ginger chicken. Although we asked for little garlic or chilli, it was too spicy. Also, very overcooked. The steamed barramundi was falling apart. The crispy snapper was dry. The vegan chicken was nice but not much "chicken", mainly vegetables which were the same vegetables as in the snapper dish. Sauce tasted the same too. Staff were sweet and service was quick. Restaurant was warm on a cold night. Wouldn't bother going back unless I was dining with a vegan."

"The whole night experience drew from the associated kerfuffle with member cards and sign in non-members in sterile, crca 1970's foyer. no ambiente here, bad decor, no mood music only a flat clubby experience not the beautiful space on the. the third stage created by elevator. that was my third time here and the sheer size of the restaurant is somewhat overwhelming. I think even 1/2 full, this 250 seater would look empty. not sure if the Cantonese kitchen has the traction she had once, as most tables occupied a Friday night was 5. the top cantonese kitchen with the trips does not seem to be gelled with the demographic clientele of this club. I am sure they would rather be a 12 chicken carving and maybe not the $19.80 for a sweet and acidic pork (member price) $22.00 for non-members. due to the small number of diners there is a tendency to push diners against the south wall where the glass windows are so high, they can not see, or at the next row of tables that shine like operating rooms, neither option particularly pleasant. I doubt other tables have ever seen measures. the eating btw is sensational, service ummm .lets say unique in a friendly hit and miss away. All in all I found it just a bit klunky and not a great dinng experience."

"Best Roasted dish (Duck, Pork) value for monoy. They have special menus with cheap price but large dish. The service is superb, better then normal Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant. Can order the delivery from Uber eat as well."

"Not exactly what they are going for here, but not everything works. The one dish I tried (haddock and chips), was great. The fish was perfectly cooked and the batter was crispy and golden brown. I didn't really appreciate being served by someone who was sipping a soda, or the loud drum and bass track being pumped out into a restaurant with only two customers at lunchtime. The chips were delicious, but clearly in the English style, doesn't quite work in Sydney. They taste great at first but are very heavy going by the end suggest you share. Likewise battered haggis is not something I want to contemplate in the middle of summer. I hope they make some changes and get some more customers...read more"
