What Havana M likes about The Blackwater Pearl:
Nice place for a hot drink and cake. Nothing special but a cosy place with seatings inside/outside or in the conservatory area. Not much staff working. Had to order and pay at the till point, therefore not much of a service and a welcoming service. However the girl who served at the till was very nice and friendly with a smile. View all feedback.

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Was left standing at the counter while member of staff chatted with delivery driver and continued to fill up freezer with ice-cream. I had to ask whether she was going to serve me ! I suggest customer service training. View all feedback.
