Staff were really helpful when my autistic son was guttered about his large sundae coming in the plastic cup as the ordering system shows the paper and he was visually expecting a cup. They kindly remade this for him saving a full meltdown View all feedback.
Drive through: Never easy! Got there JUST before a buildup of cars in the lineup. The smart thing here though... they have x2 answer call order machines. NICE zip-like flow... WELL DONE! Staff was pleasant GREAT smiling eye contact.
I haven't been there in quite a long time as I believe it has always been my go-to for fast food over the past 40 years and I was amazed to see how nowadays I can actually place my order electronically and just listen out for my number, but overall I hardly ever go there nowadays because I believe it's one of the most very Significantly unhealthy fast foods I've ever heard of and I've recommended to myself strictly to really have it in moderation just as a random treat like once a month and not binge on it too much, but I absolutely believe that it's by far one of my go-to fast food franchise since the 1980s and right in the heart of South Auckland (Manukau Central) so I would rate it to be a 10 out of 10.

Plenty of carparking. Too rushed maybe as often my order is muddled up. And drive through is usually a hefty wait.
Always ask if frozen coke machine works before ordering frozen coke lol. Same for soft serve items
