"We were recommended by the b b to eat here we weren’t disappointed. Excellent choice of food cooked 2 perfection friendly staff. Al 8 of us had different meals they were all hot were served 2gether. We will return."

"Lovely dinner with our 3 kids who were also made very welcome. We also stayed in the apartment above which was so handy and again great for a family of 5. Only slight disappointment was that the food/specifically Lauder Rib-eye steak and home made sour dough whilst really good, was not as jaw-dropping amazing as we’d had a when chancing upon the Cobbles a year ago and which had made us come back again. But a brilliant ‘stopover’ on the way to Edinburgh. Great service and lovely beer too!"

"Just out for meal with family. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival and well catered for the whole evening. Great choice on menu and very clean and comfortable in dinning room and bar. Booking recommended as it can be busy."

"Very good service, food very nice but quite salty, atmosphere spoilt by noise from kitchen. Someone has their mobile phone on and was clearly chatting on a personal video call. We were sitting quite a way away from the kitchen area but it was very intrusive. Quite a lot of shouting too from this area. Food tasted fresh and was well presented but my pizza was really very salty. The starters were very nice. We had not been to Santa Marina in some while and were a bit disappointed sadly. The staff were very professional and friendly, can’t fault the service but the other issues put a dampener on our meal. Not sure we would return in a hurry. Parking: Car park about a 10 minute walk away which is pay and display and there is on street parking if you can find a space.
