Lovely place to stop for an impromptu lunch. Beautiful spot classic historic pub in tiny village, down a country lane close to Ticehurst and Bewl Water. Looking for a light lunch like most pubs round here not much to choose unless you want a blow out lunch. But it was a lovely day in the sunshine and we sat outside and had utterly delicious ‘light lunches’ a burrata salad and steak sandwich. Perfect. read more.

What R B doesn't like about The Bull Inn:
It’s a lovely atmosphere, super cozy. Most of our meals were fine but my steak was just so bad that I had to send it back (it was like eating cardboard). What is unfortunate is that our waitress decided to argue with me about it, then later kept it on the bill and argued with me when I asked for it to be take off (it was taken off but only because I insisted).
