Avoid! I’ve been looking forward to trying the fish and chips here l since go down A68 frequently. Stopped last Friday, but fish wasn’t fresh, it was over cooked and tasted odd, chips were dry and old. No one in on a Friday night should have given me the clue, and it was produced too quickly! Will revert to the very good ones in Lauder or Pathhead! read more.

"Lovely lunch for a friend's catch-up. It was busy with lots of customers which was great to see. The food was yummy. 2 of us ordered the Cullen Skink, which although very flavoursome, was a very thin/runny soup, and unfortunately the squid ink bread was very dry. Our other choices were delicious. Will come again."
