"I had the worst experience at this restaurant. Not only was the service terrible, but they also added a 15% tip to the bill without my consent. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and the food was lackluster. When I saw the inflated bill, I was shocked. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to add a tip on their own without informing the customer. It showed a complete lack of respect and transparency. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant, as they prioritize their own profits over customer satisfaction."

"This restaurant is great if you want a nice German dinner. Do chose the Pub if you want this experience. It is located downstairs from the main restaurant by the same name but the menus are different. We liked the food choices here better. Nice beers. Patio seating with view of mountains and river. Eat earlier then 10 pm because the mosquitoes come out. We had the chicken wings and the pork schnitzel dishes . Excellent. Service very good. Patio seating definitely recommended."

"The Spaghetti Factory does the job for an evening meal when you have been out hiking all day and need to refuel. We had to wait around 40mins for a table at 7pm so be aware it's busy at peak times. Banff is full of locally sourced and owned restaurants and this definitely feels like a chain restaurant compared. The food comes out very quickly and is reasonably priced. Wouldn't say this is a must, but it definitely does the job."

"My wife and I (she is veggie) ate there last night and it was a lovely meal: I had a massive plate of nachos with a mixture of vegetables and fruit: strawberries, blueberries -it all worked a treat. The bill was very reasonable, the service helpful and efficient.I would have given it a rating of five had it not been for the appallingly loud music being played. Why is this even necessary? Can't you have a quiet meal for two any more?"

"We went here for a lunch on a miserable day. The room was warm as was our waitress' welcome. Good selection of meals and good lunch specials. The lunch combo was good value for money with soup, salad and taco. Our order was delivered promptly with a smile and lovely chat with our waitress. The food was delicious and the drinks hit the spot!"
