"Lovely lunch for a friend's catch-up. It was busy with lots of customers which was great to see. The food was yummy. 2 of us ordered the Cullen Skink, which although very flavoursome, was a very thin/runny soup, and unfortunately the squid ink bread was very dry. Our other choices were delicious. Will come again."

"We were a party of 12, seemed as though they could not cope. Service was spasmodic, starter arriving over a period of time, with two not showing up at all. Mains were even more chaotic, with some getting all of their meal, some getting part of it and 30 mins later the other dishes showing up, with the first dished now cold Food itself was in my opinion average at best, a shame"

"Had an outrageously good Cullen Skink and a magnificent slice of white chocolate and raspberry pie. I forgot to take pictures before but the after pic speaks for itself. If you visit New Asgard a stop at Ebcarrs is a must."
